CMA D. ARGOUDELIS & CO S.A. is one of the leading companies in the Marine & Industrial Automation field, offering products and services worldwide for more than 35 years.

Our HR Department is continuously growing, supporting personnel’s needs and is currently seeking to employ a full time HR Assistant.

The position: HR Assistant

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Support of all necessary procedures for the issuance of ISO certifications.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Conduct market research for orders relating to personnel.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Writing texts, advertisements and articles related to human resources.
  • Schedule travel arrangements for personnel.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Fast computer typing skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (oral and written). 
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capability.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective human relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
