detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst - CAPEX. You will be
responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven
analysis to support business decision-making. This role requires strong
problem-solving skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to
communicate insights effectively to senior management. If you are interested in

You are responsible for:
- Monitor and track spending for all
capital investment projects
- Prepare monthly CAPEX reports,
variance analyses, and expenditure reviews
- Reconcile budgeted vs actual costs,
ERP entries, and project documentation
- Review investment requests, business
cases, and spending plans to support management approvals
- Develop and maintain financial
models for CAPEX forecasting, ROI/NPV analysis, and project evaluation
- Ensure accuracy of asset-related
records, classifications, and capitalization
- Collaborate with engineering,
operations, and finance departments to validate data and timelines
- Identify deviations, risks, or
potential overruns, and recommend corrective actions
- Support annual budgeting and
forecasting cycles for investment projects
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs related
to project performance
- Provide support for ad-hoc analyses,
audits, and continuous process improvements
