The role
You belong in the Operations Division, and specifically in the Engineering Department of Kilkis. The “field” is your natural habitat, since you need to supervise projects that regularly take place in the factory, making sure all the relative work is conducted under all the appropriate safety measures, pause it when suitable and have a vision of the final result you’re going for. For that purpose, you’re a results-oriented engineer, with great time-management skills and knowledge of the industrial equipment market. Besides supervising projects, you need to take on all the relative documentation, budgeting, financial monitoring and feasibility studies, while choosing the best suppliers -together with the procurement department.
Your impact
Project management is a core skill in this position, so your impact is directly connected to the success of the project you’ll undertake, while keeping in mind the scheduled timeline. Depending on the previous factor, the result is the flawless operation of the respective equipment, and thus an unhindered production process.
