Position Overview:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure that all activities related to the construction of liquid food production lines adhere to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and monitor projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
• Ensure the availability and allocation of necessary resources
• Collaborate with the project team and Operations Manager
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their work
• Ensure the implementation of hygiene, safety, and environmental protection practices
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Test, commission, and deliver projects to clients

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in engineering applications at industrial installations
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Excellent command of English (written and oral)
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel in Greece and abroad
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in production line installation projects for dairy producers
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
