Your key responsibilities for this Mechanical Design Engineer role will include:

• Create and edit designs using Creo and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with production teams and other engineering groups, providing direction and guidance on design specifications.
• Provide technical support for installations and projects in the field. This includes frequent travel (approximately once a month) to sites within Greece and occasionally to international locations.
• Oversee external installation crews, ensuring project standards and quality are met.
• Support the development of a European partner network.
• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
• Organize, guide, and manage project teams.
• Ensure the application of quality and safety standards.
• Continuously improve products, processes, and propose new solutions.

The Ideal Candidate for the Mechanical Design Engineer role should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (university level or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of Creo and AutoCAD software.
• Experience in the design and development of mechanical components.
• Willingness to actively participate in the technical support of projects and installations.
• Good command of the English language.
• Prior work experience 3-5 years in a similar position (nice to have).
• Knowledge of other CAD/CAE software (nice to have).
• Experience in industrial or energy sector projects (nice to have).
• Basic knowledge of networks and automation systems (nice to have).
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
