Head of Technical Operations

• Assure the operational success by guidelines, procedures, policies and customer demands
• Results-oriented way of working
• Permanent analyzing sites for new service stations, incl. infrastructure analysis, renting buildings and storage facilities
• Providing positive and dynamic leadership to the local team
• Coordinate and communication of activities between various departments (e.g. material management, fleet organization)
• Supervise and coordinates department’s processes and procedures
• Assure the department staff’s optimum performance
• May undertake other general or specific responsibilities, according to business needs
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment

The ideal candidate for the Head of Technical Operations position should have:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
• MBA Master of Business Administration
• Very good knowledge of English language, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are a benefit
• Minimum five year work experience in the field of service management or maintenances in industrial business and 2-3 year managerial experience
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be focused and able to prioritise work and achieve goals
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Team player, dynamic and ambitious, hands-on mentality
• Good assertiveness, organizational skills and decision-making ability
