Iaponiki S.A. a leading company in the Aftermarket in Greece, with a nationwide network of stores and international collaborations, is looking for a Category Supervisor, based in Pallini Attiki:
Main responsibilities:
- Participates and negotiates the overall agreement with foreign and domestic suppliers for the product category of his/her responsibility.
- Represents the company at conferences, supplier meetings abroad and business events.
- Conducts market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- Plans and executes successful product launches, including marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales training.
- Makes data-driven decisions to improve products and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or relevant field.
- Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
- 2 – 5 years working experience in a similar position (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of computers.
- Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Team Player.
- Recommendations desirable.
