Kolonaki 8 Design Suites & Lofts is seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Operations Manager.
The Assistant Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and smooth operational flow.
This role supports the Operations Manager and works with the wider team.
Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally via phone and email
- Concierge Services and guest support throughout the stay
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest issues efficiently and with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external partners to ensure operational standards are met
- Monitor operational processes related to check-ins, stays, and check-outs
- Ensure smooth daily workflow and compliance with company standards
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (IEK / TEI / AEI) in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, concierge, front office, or a similar supervisory role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
