Randstad is searching for a dynamic Key Account & Recruitment Specialist who can seamlessly blend sales expertise with talent acquisition prowess. This position will be based full time in Crete after the successful onboarding period in Athens.

As a Key Account & Recruitment Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Excellence: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and offering our comprehensive recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize your recruitment expertise to source, assess, and match top-tier candidates with our clients' needs.
  • Client Engagement: Foster enduring relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored HR Services solutions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive journey for job seekers, guiding them through the hiring process.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent (Masters degree is a plus)
  • Fluent in Greek and English written and spoken, fluency in additional languages a plus
  • Proven experience in target-driven roles and a deep understanding and interest in the recruitment industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to clients and candidates.
  • 3-5 years in b2b sales
  • experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or HORECA
