The responsibilities of the Section Manager include:

• Delivery of the sales plan for their area
• Maximisation of stock accuracy
• Ensures accurate and timely implementation of corporate seasonal updates & events
• Manages the delivery of trading standards on a daily basis ensuring a clean and aspirational environment for customers and colleagues
• Delivers a safe & legal environment
• Drives individual performance and develops potential
• Contributes to the store's profitability through minimising losses and accurate staff cost management

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 2 years working experience in the Retail sector
• University degree will be consider an asset
• Very good command of Greek and English language
• MS Office knowledge
• Excellent Organizational and Communication skills
• Team player
• Self motivated
