Junior Recruiter

LMW is seeking for an enthusiastic and versatile Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

• Involve actively end to end in recruiting process
• Cover recruiting needs effectively and efficiently by conducting interviews
• Update and organize candidate data, maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the database
• Use social and professional networking sites to source candidates
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology or relevant
• MSc in Human Resources Management is preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
• Outstanding commitment and enthusiasm
