Maintenance Manager

Do you have experience as Maintenance Manager within the food or pharmaceutical industry? • Lead the Maintenance Team and build a high performing group by providing guidance and objectives
• Plan and resolve installation and repair activities in a proactive and timely manner identifying realistic and cost effective solutions
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities including analysing equipment needs, defining and implementing corrective actions, develop preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Monitor the execution of daily tasks of the Maintenance Team
• Monitor and improve the efficient usage of spare parts
• Perform quality control on the completion of Maintenance Tasks
• Apply safe working practices for all the team

The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Manager position should have:

• Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineer Degree
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Autocad – ERP (preferably Soft1 or SAP-PM CMMS)
• English language skills (written and spoken), good knowledge of German and French is considered as an asset
• Minimum 5 years experience in Maintenance Management position, preferably in food industry
• Thorough understanding of how a technical department in a production plant should be organised and operate
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communications skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a matrix structure with Group support organisations and achieve results on time

• Hands on mindset
• Available to travel if required
