Area Manager
(Eastern Macedonia & Thrace)

Job Description:

• Supervise and provide leadership to franchisees and their teams within the district
• Train and develop franchisees and sales advisors to ensure they meet performance standards
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals within the district
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
• Manage budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify any compliance issues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on district performance, including sales, expenses, and operational metrics
• Maintain open and effective communication with all commercial teams and functional leads

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master Degree would be considered as a plus
• A total of 5 years previous work experience including 3 years in B2B Sales
• Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Working knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiations skills
• Reporting and Analysis skills
