Our

for our Resort Restaurants & Bars! We are seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager. to
oversee the daily operations of our restaurant(s) and bar(s), ensuring
exceptional service and the highest standards of guest experience!

Description
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet, as well as maintaining high standards of service quality.
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Assist the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations, including staffing and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Oversee the training and development of outlet staff to ensure consistent service quality
- Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations of outlet staff to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement
