The Engineering Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:

• Active involvement and initiative in the company's development
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities
• Full control of technical installations
• Support for all maintenance-related tasks

The Engineering Supervisor should possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering and a valid license
• Knowledge of building systems, including heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Proficiency in Greek and English
• Computer literacy
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the hotel industry will be considered a plus
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Team player mentality
• Effective team management
• Initiative-taking ability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
