Logistics Controller

Οn behalf of a leading company in the luxury goods sector we are looking for a Logistics Controller in their head office in Düsseldorf. Renowned for its commitment to operational excellence and sustainability, the organization consistently delivers high-end customer experiences through a refined and efficient supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring logistics performance (KPIs, reporting) and contributing to budget planning
• Coordinating warehouse and transportation operations, including 3PL management
• Planning and optimizing logistics resources and e-commerce operations
• Managing customer returns and logistics claims in collaboration with the Customer Service team
• Driving continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and enhance service quality
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and corporate responsibility standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, e-logistics, or related field
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of warehouse and transportation management
• Strong skills in performance monitoring, planning, and project management
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with e-supply chain processes and retail management is a plus
