- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Enhance Employer Branding to attract top talent
- Support current and future business needs through human capital development
- Oversee the performance appraisal system
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance in human resource management
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
- Design and organize learning and development programs
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Establish timely and meaningful internal communication
