seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the position of HR Manager.
Human Resources Manager (6030/HRM/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR interactions,
ensuring smooth communication flow and alignment between organizational
policies and employee needs.
- Contribute to organizational
development on workforce planning, structural changes, and strategic HR
decisions aligned with business goals.
- Develop and implement human capital
strategies to boost employee engagement, increase retention, and support
long-term organizational success.
- Identify training and development
needs, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors to propose and
implement impactful learning solutions.
- Oversee and execute the performance
evaluation process, promoting a feedback-oriented culture while ensuring
fairness, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Support the employee performance
evaluation process by effectively utilizing the HRMS to track, manage, and
report on appraisal activities.
- Coordinate value-based recruitment
processes, ensuring candidates meet both position-specific requirements and
cultural alignment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and
employee programs that promote inclusivity, collaboration, and a strong sense
of belonging across teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR
records, including recruitment files, onboarding documents, and employee data,
ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Ensure full compliance with labor
laws and internal policies, proactively identifying risks and implementing
measures to uphold legal and ethical standards.
