We are looking for a Properties & Facilities Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a complete record of the Group’s facilities (head offices, rental/sales branches, warehouses, etc.).
- Oversee urban planning and zoning compliance of facilities with applicable regulations, in cooperation with external consultants.
- Supervise and ensure that facilities comply with all required operating licenses, in cooperation with external partners.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers/partners and manage related contracts.
- Assign projects to external contractors and monitor their execution.
- Monitor and supervise the operation of building systems.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
- Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular facility inspections.
- Participate in the real estate valuation team.
