Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality, following set recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Support with stock control, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
- Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Cook A,B or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably in hospitality.
- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to grow and improve.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Strong work ethic, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
