• Define and implement trade marketing strategies across multiple countries, ensuring promotional materials and activity plans align with market needs.
• Manage promotional packages and seasonal competitions to maximize efficiency and impact
• Developing and overseeing guidelines for promotional activities to ensure proper execution
• Develop and oversee guidelines for promotional activities, ensuring proper execution
• Designing, producing, and strategically positioning POP materials to enhance product visibility 
• Collaborating across departments, including sales, marketing, regional managers, and key accounts, to effectively implement trade strategies
• Managing budgets for trade marketing activities and promotions, ensuring efficiency and maximum ROI
• Traveling to various countries and participating in trade exhibitions to monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

The ideal candidate for the position of Trade Marketing Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• University degree (commercial, economic, business studies)
• 3-4 years of experience in similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector

• Solid marketing experience essential with an FMCG background
• Excellent communication skills (fluent English is essential)
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools such as Nielsen
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role to support regular field visits
• Willingness to travel as part of the role
