We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Officer for a leading multinational telecommunications company.

Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Officer to join the HR team of a multinational telecommunications company, ensuring accurate data collection, documentation, and system updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within HR Operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate payroll inputs (leaves, sick notes, overtime approvals, new hires/terminations documentation).
  • Prepare monthly payroll files and collaborate with the external payroll provider to ensure timely submission.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Scan HRMS, ERP or equivalent).
  • Manage ERGANI submissions (hires, terminations, leave declarations).
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes (documentation, employee files, system updates).
  • Track attendance, leave balances, and absences for payroll preparation.
  • Organize and archive employee documentation (digital and physical files).
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative requests from employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal HR policies.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration or payroll support (internships are welcome).
  • Knowledge of ERGANI submissions will be considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with HR systems (SCAN HRMS, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).
