Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Officer to join the HR team of a multinational telecommunications company, ensuring accurate data collection, documentation, and system updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within HR Operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect and validate payroll inputs (leaves, sick notes, overtime approvals, new hires/terminations documentation).
- Prepare monthly payroll files and collaborate with the external payroll provider to ensure timely submission.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Scan HRMS, ERP or equivalent).
- Manage ERGANI submissions (hires, terminations, leave declarations).
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes (documentation, employee files, system updates).
- Track attendance, leave balances, and absences for payroll preparation.
- Organize and archive employee documentation (digital and physical files).
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative requests from employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal HR policies.
