Operations Assistant

DIAPLOUS Maritime Services, the leading maritime security provider, is currently seeking for a professional to cover the following position: Operations Assistant

Job Description:

• Day to day organization and monitoring of the operations
• Evaluation and reporting of operations
• Coordination with agents and providers
• Keeping record of a specific KPIs on a daily/weekly basis
• Combing information from various sources
• Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Shipping or similar field
• Working experience in Maritime services or Shipping, will be considered an asset
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Computer literacy
• Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to operate in fast paced and high stress situations
