Work For All is seeking a Reservations, Sales & Revenue Executive on behalf of a boutique hospitality group operating three 4* and 5* hotels in Paros. The position is hybrid, based at the group’s head offices in Nea Ionia, Athens, with two remote working days per week during the winter season and one remote working day per week during the summer season
About the Company
A boutique hospitality group comprising three 4 and 5 hotels in Paros**, with two properties located in Naousa and one in the Sarakiniko area, offering approximately 80 rooms in total. Of the three hotels, two operate as Adults Only properties, while the third is family-friendly and welcomes children. The properties combine contemporary Cycladic design with high hospitality standards and personalized service. The group offers a dynamic multi-property working environment with a strong focus on guest experience, operational consistency and commercial performance across all three hotels. Its head offices are located in Athens, supporting the commercial and operational management of the properties.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations
- Managing and entering reservations through PYLON PMS – Epsilon Net, including bookings from direct channels, OTAs, travel agents and business partners.
- Managing WebHotelier and PrimalRES Channel Manager, ensuring accurate availability and synchronization across all distribution channels.
- Monitoring and handling cancellations, modifications, no-shows, payment policies and booking terms.
- Collaborating closely with Front Office, Management and Sales teams to ensure effective inventory management and smooth reservation operations.
Revenue Management
- Monitoring daily availability, occupancy, pickup and booking pace across the hotel properties.
- Updating and adjusting room rates, availability and selling restrictions according to demand, seasonality, occupancy, pickup and competitor activity.
- Creating and managing rate plans, packages, promotions and special offers, while maintaining rate parity between direct channels and OTAs.
- Tracking key hotel performance indicators, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Pickup and Booking Pace, and contributing to the implementation of the hotels’ Revenue Management Strategy.
Sales
- Managing incoming enquiries, preparing and sending offers to guests, travel agents and partners, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Identifying upselling and revenue opportunities, promoting room upgrades and additional services, and supporting initiatives aimed at increasing direct bookings and overall hotel revenue.
