Role Overview
The Guest Experiences Manager is Zélia’s on-the-ground curator of
moments. While Marketing defines the vision, you bring it to life — shaping the
season’s calendar, coordinating partners, perfecting logistics, and inspiring
guests to join in.
This is a dynamic, guest-facing role — moving fluidly across the resort, from
the spa to the olive grove — promoting and delivering experiences that embody
Zélia’s barefoot-luxury spirit. You will also assist in hosting influencers,
editors, and media, ensuring the Zélia story is beautifully represented both
on-site and online.
Key Responsibilities
Programming & Collaboration
- Implement and fine-tune the seasonal experience calendar in collaboration
with Marketing.
- Scout, evaluate, and coordinate external collaborators — musicians, DJs,
artists, and activity partners — aligned with Zélia’s aesthetic.
- Coordinate logistics with F&B, Spa, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams
for flawless event delivery.
Delivery & Hosting
- Oversee the setup and smooth execution of all guest experiences — from yoga
and gastronomy rituals to soirées and cinema nights.
- Actively host and interact with guests during events, ensuring energy,
warmth, and atmosphere.
- Anticipate needs and adjust details in real time to maintain excellence.
Promotion & Upselling
- Engage guests across all areas — poolside, lobby, spa, restaurants — to
inspire and sell experiences.
- Promote premium and signature offerings such as Shizen Omakase, Syntrófí
Dinners, and private yacht charters.
- Collaborate with Spa and F&B to cross-sell packages and experiences.
Influencers, Media & Content
- Welcome and host influencers, editors, and press guests in coordination with
Marketing.
- Ensure storytelling consistency and brand alignment during hosted stays.
- Assist with authentic content creation and capture spontaneous “moments” for
digital use (subject to guest consent).
Monitoring & Feedback
- Track participation, satisfaction, and revenue per experience.
- Share insights and recommendations with Marketing for ongoing refinement.
- Monitor guest reviews and ensure experiences are reflected positively online.
