Procurement Specialist

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs and requirements
• Manage bidding activities, evaluate offers and negotiate value
• Develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Manage suppliers (SRM) for various categories
• Follow up orders and Support invoice reconciliations
• Analyze data and prepare reports

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Specialist should have:

• BA degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any other Engineering field
• Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• At least 2 years’ of procurement / supply chain experience
• Experience in the management of operational procurement systems and reporting (SAP or other ERPs) is mandatory
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with strong communication skills
• Ability to engage and work closely with internal and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
