The BIM Designer will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using Autodesk Revit
- Produce comprehensive and accurate 2D construction drawings, schematics, and schedules directly from the BIM model
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure a fully coordinated and clash-free design
- Perform spatial coordination checks and participate in design review meetings to resolve any conflicts
- Ensure all designs and models comply with project requirements, industry best practices, and Greek building codes (KENAK)
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's BIM standards and Revit families
