About ARMOS
The structural marvel of the Acropolis Museum. The Athens and Thessaloniki Metros. The new stadiums of AEK and Panathinaikos. The key highways E65, Egnatia, Flyover, Attiki Odos and BOAK. Riviera Tower at Ellinikon. All these massive infrastructure projects and industrial complexes reshaping the Greek construction landscape. Most engineering students just study them in textbooks. Our team manufactured them. Do you also want to be part of our engineering team?
Since 1987, ARMOS Precast S.A. has been a trusted partner in the delivery of some of Greece's most iconic and large-scale infrastructure and building projects. Operating from our production facilities in Larissa, Athens, Crete and Kumanovo (North Macedonia), we cover the full cycle, from in-house design and manufacturing to specialized on-site installation, partnering with some of the largest construction groups operating in Greece, both domestic and international leading contractors.
What sets ARMOS apart is not just what we produce, but what we build. Joining ARMOS means working on projects that matter, projects that are visible, complex and genuinely challenging. That's the environment in which our engineers grow.
We believe the next generation of infrastructure needs the next generation of engineers who understand it from the ground up. That's why we created the Graduate Production Program, a structured entry point for ambitious graduates who want real exposure, real responsibility and a real career in heavy construction. Does that sound exciting? Then apply today!
The Opportunity: Graduate Production Program
Are you recently graduated from an Engineering School (such as in Mechanical Engineering, Production & Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Material Science & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Product & Systems Design Engineering or other closely related technical engineering field) and now looking to fast-track your career in industrial manufacturing and heavy production?
Our Graduate Production Program is a structured, fast-paced initiative to bridge the gap between your academic background and the demands of real-world precast production and on-site construction. Over the course of the program, you will not just sit behind a desk, but you will be on the production floor, driving impact and learning from day one.
To give you a holistic understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, you will rotate across our advanced production lines. You will gain deep, hands-on experience with our diverse product portfolio, including our latest, most innovative, and technologically advanced production line: the Hollow Core Slabs.
What You Will Do (Your Rotational Journey)
Under the direct mentorship of our Production Managers, your responsibilities will evolve as you rotate, covering:
● Learn to oversee, schedule and optimize the manufacturing processes across different production lines, ensuring alignment with strict technical specifications
● Work closely with the technical department to analyze engineering drawings, solve complex mechanical and/or operational challenges on the fly and implement cutting-edge manufacturing methods
● Monitor machinery operations, collaborate with the Maintenance department to maximize uptime and apply continuous improvement principles to eliminate production bottlenecks
● Actively enforce strict health, safety and environmental protocols to maintain an incident-free production environment
● Develop leadership skills by coordinating technical production personnel, managing shifts and ensuring smooth cross-departmental communication
