SAP BI Developer

Xcelsus Hellas is a new IT service company in Thessaloniki, owned by the Xcelsus Group which has customers in different industries.

We are currently seeking for Analytics SAP BI Developers that will be responsible for maintaining and developing BI solutions for our customers in Germany within projects that use SAP BI (BW/BOBJ) technologies.

The Role
You are the right candidate if you are able to create and manage complex SAP BI dashboards and are very good at analysing and visualising data. You are very good at customising SAP applications and analysing data, and due to your good ABAP knowledge and your strong analytical skills, you are able to find your way around existing systems and expand them. You find it easy to communicate with customers and colleagues and your reliability and problem-solving skills are appreciated. Your goal-oriented approach and your commitment complete your profile.

The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as SAP BI consultant
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or other technical concentration
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technology
• Very good knowledge of ABAP
• Knowledge of relational databases and ERP Systems
• Proficient knowledge of the German language
• Proficient knowledge of the English language

• Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Soft skills:

• Analyzing, designing, developing and testing BI applications/solutions utilizing SAP BW, BOBJ.
• Developing and writing functional and technical specifications for the design and implementation of reporting solutions.
• Troubleshooting and performance tuning BI tools, systems, and software
• Support end users in the creation of reports utilizing the Business Objects BI toolset.
• Work with analytics team, business users, and project managers to effectively deliver analytic solutions on-time and on budget.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work well in an agile team environment
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Experience or knowledge with developing in SAP BI (BW, BOBJ and BODS)
• Experience building technical designs of Business Intelligence solutions
