What you will do:
As an IT Support Administrator, you will provide daily technical support to end users, ensuring smooth IT operations and a high-quality user experience. You will act as a key point of contact for IT-related issues, supporting hardware, software, Microsoft 365 services, and collaborating with local and international IT teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users
- Deliver daily end-user IT support across hardware, software, and business applications
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow (SNow) and ensure timely resolution
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environment including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and related services
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment
- Provide hardware & workstation support, including setup, upgrades, replacements, and maintenance
- Prepare, install, and configure user workstations (Windows and Mac environments)
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account setup and equipment allocation
- Assist with user access management, password resets, and permission-related requests
- Perform basic system monitoring, patching, and software updates
- Maintain IT asset inventory and stock management
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides
- Follow IT policies, security standards, and cybersecurity best practices
- Escalate complex incidents when necessary and coordinate with specialized teams
- Collaborate with local and international IT teams to support infrastructure, applications, and global IT initiatives
