PRIMARY is a leading software company operating internationally with offices in Athens and Milano. We design & develop Planning & Scheduling Software using state-of-the-art technology. Our clientele consists of large-scale companies in Retail, Services, Hospitality, and Manufacturing in several countries around the world.

PRIMARY is looking for a Project Management Executive to join our operations team and contribute to delivering quality products to existing and new clients.

You will…

• Support the delivery of our products to our clients
• Provide Project Management Services
• Communicate with customers
• Perform end-user training
• Setup demo environments
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Collaborate with sales & development departments

You must have…

• A Degree of AEI level
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 Level)
• Good command of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• An aftersales background
• Document writing skills

You may have (one or more…)

• Previous experience in a software firm
• Knowledge of the Italian language
