Accident Management and Claims Handling Administrator

LMW is seeking a highly motivated Accident Management and Claims Handling Administrator on behalf of a leading leasing company.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the initiation and conclusion of the repair of damaged cars in order to optimize driver experience
• Minimize the time and cost required for damages to be repaired
• Enter the clients' data and ensure that qualitative claim files are created
• Provide support and relevant information to drivers who experience accidents
• Monitor the actions taken by the partners, according to their SLA
• Endeavor to steer damage assessments to the preferred suppliers network
• Conclude theft and total loss cases within the agreed timeframe
• Closely monitor insurance claims in order to minimize outstanding claims
• Handle and resolve drivers complaints
• Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients requests are handled efficiently
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the LeasePlan’s General Rules and brand identity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, or related field
• Proven experience in operations department of leasing company will be considered as an asset
• Knowledge of the insurance / automotive markets
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
• Proficient in MS Office
