Your main purpose
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with key suppliers to secure strategic partnerships for essential products/services
- Contract Management: Supervise contract execution and strategic projects, ensuring favourable terms for the company
- Procurement Strategies: Implement effective procurement strategies to guarantee timely product/service delivery, emphasizing sustainability
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the annual procurement forecast, purchasing plan, and budget
- Cost Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate Food & Beverage costs and KPIs, comparing them to budget, forecasts, and previous year's data, and recommend improvements
What will you bring?- Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality
- At least 5 years in procurement, with proficiency in Procurement ERP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience purchasing and negotiating F&B, Equipment and Services at national level
- Solid procurement knowledge with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong team management skills, able to oversee and train staff members
- Manage OPEX and control substantial budgets
