Actionline, on behalf of a major banking institution, is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist.
The role involves providing technical support to end users in a Windows-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- User access management and configuration (Active Directory)
- Support in Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Office 365)
- Installation and configuration of workstations
- Troubleshooting of daily technical issues
- Logging and managing support requests (ticketing)
Requirements:
- Degree from University/Technical Institution/College in Computer Science or related field
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
