What is expected from you?
You will be responsible for the timely and accurately delivery of a highly demanding payroll process, as well as for the handling of all labor, insurance, and tax issues.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- ERGANI daily tasks (onboarding, offboarding, overtimes, shifts)
- Preparation of files for payroll calculation provider
- Payroll check
- Payroll related payments (banks, tax, social contributions)
- Vacation and absences
- Teleworking calculation
- Payroll related Reporting
- Employees support
Who you need yo be to fit this role?- BA/BS graduate in Finance, HR, Business, or related field
- At least 6 months work experience in similar position
- Advanced in MS Office
- Hands-on attitude with payroll software systems
- A hands-on, highly systematic and detail oriented individual, able to work under strict deadlines
- A self-motivated professional who will perform dive deep payroll projects and will communicate effectively to client
- An individual committed to the company’s values including ethics, quality and business controls
- Experience in multinational standards of payroll is a plus
