PRIMARY is
looking for a Human Resources & Business Administrator to join our team in
the Athens office and contribute to managing HR & BA affairs.
You will…
- Keep HR files up to date (schedule,
employees personal files, hiring docs, leave docs, quitting docs, salary
modification docs, private health insurance docs, etc.)
- Contact new candidates, arrange
interviews, inform candidates about progress, etc.
- Perform salary payments
- Manage Head Hunters (recruiting
services)
- Manage employees bank accounts
- Liaise with: Banks, Accountants, public
services, etc.
- Manage company procurements &
respective payments
- Collect expenses invoices & submit
to accountant
- Make travel arrangements
- Handle inbound calls / info@primary.gr emails / etc.
- Assist CEO in external communications
