Your main purpose
- Client Support: Responds to a diverse set of service queries by offering information and solutions. Performs initial investigation and diagnosis of issues
- Process & Documentation: Assists in developing and implementing standards for issue tracking, monitoring, and escalation. Contributes to support documentation
- Quality Assurance: Owns and manages support requests to ensure high-quality outcomes for the customer
- Communication Skills: Must be enthusiastic and professional, with the ability to communicate clearly and coherently
- Customer Relations: This is a Guest-facing role requiring exceptional customer service skills for both external Guests and internal customers. Provides system and service advice following established procedures
What will you bring?
- Degree in Information technology
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar position
- MS Office 365, MS Teams (Essential) , Windows 10 & 11, Windows Server (Essential), Mobile OS, WiFi
- Knowledge of hospitality software and business (not mandatory)
- Experience in ticketing software (not mandatory)
- Certification and previous experience in Networking (not mandatory)
