- Coordinating meeting schedules and visitor arrangements.
- Managing incoming/outgoing communications (calls & emails).
- Managing orders of office supplies.
- Supporting the organization of internal corporate events.
- Coordinating the daily use and availability of company vehicles
- Providing general administrative support across departments.
- Entering and updating data in the company’s CRM system.
