📝 Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer order activities
- Track progress of sales orders
- Coordinate deliveries and collections via 3rd party couriers
- Liaise with production, warehouse and transportation teams
- Ensure purchase orders are received before dispatch
- Monitor stock levels and incoming shipments
- Communicate order/delivery updates to customers
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Respond to inquiries from customers, subsidiaries, agents, and distributors
- Support other team members proactively
