Sales Representative (Albanian speaker)

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of a Multinational Organisation, the international leader in Green Building materials, is looking for a Sales Representative for Albania.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Exports Manager
• Promote company’s products and services, according to the sales targets & clients’ needs
• Manage and develop customer portfolio, build strong relationships
• Conduct market research and monitor competition in both Greece and Albania
• Attract new customers through daily activity
• Provide service to the customers, before and after sales
• Create sales reports by collecting and analyzing related data for Management Information purposes
• Follow and reach the company’s overall sales targets

• Graduate in any discipline, preferably Business and/or Management
• 1-3 years of working experience in field sales B2B
• Excellent knowledge of the Albanian and Greek language (oral & written)
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Driving License - Travel required: 60%
• Self-motivated with a desire to over-achieve
• Eager on closing new business - Advanced negotiation skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
