As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Buyer to join our Commercial team.
Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring product availability, building strong supplier relationships and supporting the execution of our commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers
- Place purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Responsible for product ranges of Vitamin, Herbal, and Mineral Supplements, ΟTC and medical supplies
- Maintain product master data and ERP records
- Support Category Managers with pricing, quantities and supplier coordination
- Ensure timely product availability across the pharmacy network
- Analyze purchasing and operational data
- Coordinate with stores and internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement and commercial projects
Requirements
- Previous experience as Buyer within the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience in organized retail or beauty industry
- Excellent ERP and MS Excel skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Fluent English
