Junior Product Manager in Consumer Healthcare & Marketing Support (5347/JPM/ESS/GR)

This role combines the responsibilities of a Junior Product Manager in Consumer Healthcare along with Marketing Support duties, offering a diverse and enriching experience.
Responsibilities:
Product Management
• Comprehensive marketing management for all brands within responsibility.
• Conduct rigorous market research, consumer analysis, and proficient forecasting and budgeting.
• Brand activation and management of pharmaceutical product lines under responsibility through the creation of full marketing plan and all necessary activities which will include all effective ATL – BTL – Digital and sales activities each substantiated with sound rationale.
• Cultivate robust relationships with HCPs, Key Accounts, and other strategic partners to support brand activation plans.
• Develop strategies to engage potential stakeholders and enhance market impact and share.
• Create essential materials to support key strategies and tactics, with a special focus on BTL and digital activities, while assisting the Business Unit Manager in ATL planning, activation, and tracking.
• Ensuring strict adherence to internal company processes, including compliance, sales estimations, expenses management, and reporting procedures.
• Attending mandatory education and training sessions on the company's medicines and one's role in their strategic promotion.
• Organize sales and marketing events, including Advisory Boards, Doctors-Pharmacy meetings etc., with precision.
• Active participation in meetings, engage in projects related to Business Development.
• Upholding a thorough understanding and implementation of the code of Ethics.
Marketing Support
• Execute marketing operating procedures, including offers gathering and record keeping, PO creation, supplier communication, expenses recording and PO record update and tracking, invoice checking and finance communication.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of contracts with partners and healthcare professionals (HCPs), update and maintain all relevant materials and contractual agreements in collaboration with Product and Business Unit Managers.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations, including invoice verification and submission of required declarations as per legal requirements, in partnership with Medical/RA.
• Active engagement and set up of all marketing and sales meetings required and support on major congresses to Product Managers if required.
• Monitor the corporate email inbox on daily basis promptly addressing and forwarding relevant emails to the appropriate departments for action and resolution.
