Network Engineer

ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a Leading Multinational IT Consulting Company, is seeking for a Network Engineer, to join their highly qualified engineering team.

Network Engineer (5344/NE/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:
• Design architecture of LAN/WAN and VoIP networks
• Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure (routers and switches)
• Monitor network infrastructure and perform relevant troubleshooting
• Participate in major transformation projects (e.g., SD-WAN, SDDC, Cloud Migration).
• Sustain network solutions in a cross-functional environment which combines interoperable systems, applications and platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Telecoms or equivalent field
• Min. 4 years of experience on routing and switching with knowledge of Enterprise WAN and Data Center technologies
• Experience on IP routing including TCP/IP and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
• Experience in network management and network monitoring tools
• Experience on architecture design of LAN/WAN and VoIP networks will be considered as a plus
• Familiarity with SDN technologies and principles (e.g. SD-WAN, SDDC)
• Certification in industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent Knowledge) will be considered as a plus
• Have good problem structuring and solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects against specific timelines
• Ability to communicate, understand and effectively work with our Clients to articulate their requirements and challenges
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
