Job Role : As a Spa Therapist in our luxurious spa hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services to guests, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being. You will contribute to the positive reputation of our spa by providing personalized and professional services, ensuring guests have a rejuvenating and memorable spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Spa Treatments:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services
• Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each guest
• Maintain a high standard of technical skill and expertise

Consultations:

• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, preferences, and any specific concerns
• Provide recommendations for appropriate treatments and products

Guest Service:

• Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for spa guests
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
• Inform guests on post-treatment care and wellness practices

Hygiene and Sanitation:

• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all aspects of spa services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about spa products, treatments, and industry trends
• Provide product recommendations and promote retail sales

Collaboration with Spa Team:

• Collaborate with other spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs

Appointment Scheduling:

• Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of services
• Communicate with spa receptionists to coordinate schedules and accommodate guest preferences

Sales and Upselling:

• Actively promote and upsell additional services or enhancements
• Meet or exceed sales targets for spa services and retail products

Qualifications:

• Certification or license in massage therapy or a related field
• Previous experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel setting
• Strong knowledge of various massage and spa techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with spa services and products
• Professional appearance and demeanor
