Airport Assistant – Rhodes

Cretan Holidays – K. Badouvas S.A., one of the largest and most innovative Destination Management Companies (DMC) in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit Airport Assistants for Rhodes Airport.

Job Description

• Meet & Greet guests upon arrival at the airport
• Ensure the smooth, prompt, and timely arrival and departure of Cretan Holidays guests
• Supervise and ensure the quality of transfer services within the airport area
• Provide operational support to Tour Operator teams
• Handle ad-hoc troubleshooting and guest assistance when required

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
• Previous experience at an airport or as a Holiday Representative will be considered an asset
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in uniform and in a fast-paced environment
