Your Tasks

  • Communicate with European customers to update order statuses and manage delivery schedules
  • Process orders, applications, and requests accurately
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
  • Handle claims and ensure timely resolution within set deadlines

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Native-level or professional fluency in Serbian and English (written and spoken)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service, or Sales Back Office
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage order processing efficiently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of international logistics processes is a plus

Παροχές

  • Salary: €1,200 - €1,600 gross/month (based on experience & qualifications)
  • Work Model: Hybrid (1 day/week remote)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
