Greece, on behalf of our client, a dynamic fashion brand based in Athens
specializing in women’s clothing and accessories, is looking for a Store Manager for their
showroom in Peristeri.
📌 Location: Peristeri , Attica, Greece
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️You will be reporting to: Managing Director
What you will do:
The
successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient
operation of the store. The role will include overseeing store operations,
implementing company policies, and achieving business targets, all while
maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and customer satisfaction.
More specifically:
- Guide and inspire a team of
sales associate to achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer
service.
- Drive sales by implementing
sales strategies, highlighting promotions, and delivering a personalized
experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure
stock is consistently replenished to avoid overstocking.
- Oversee daily store operations,
including opening and closing the store, ensuring the store is clean, organized
and well maintained.
- Address and resolve customer
complaints, inquires and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure store displays are
visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines.
- Onboard and train new employees
on product knowledge, store procedures and customer services best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager
or Assistant Manager, or similar retail management role in fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the
ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of English
language.
- Solid understanding of retail
operations, sales targets, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication and customer
service skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays.
