We are looking for an accurate and highly organized  Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented and organized individual to support the Mall Operations. The role combines financial analysis with accounts payable/receivable management, ensuring both operational accuracy and  financial insight.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes (invoicing, collections, supplier payments).
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor revenues, expenses, and KPIs of the mall’s operations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making (cost-benefit evaluations, cash flow monitoring).
  • Collaborate with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams for financial alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Accountable and Resilient, Interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 2–4 years of relevant experience (AP/AR, financial analysis, or similar roles). Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems & MS Excel. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Fluency in Greek and English. Previous experience in retail, commercial real estate, or shopping centers is an advantage.
