About Us:
We are a leading RFID equipment and tag manufacturer and a software house
headquartered in Turkey, expanding into the European market with our new office
in Nea Moudania, Greece. Our mission is to deliver advanced RFID solutions with
precision, speed, and reliability. As we establish our presence in Greece, we
are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing European operations.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Receive & manage incoming shipments from our Turkish headquarters.
- Sort and prepare outgoing shipments
to EU-based customers according to their orders.
- Use our ERP system to generate
packing lists, invoices, and shipment documents.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Act as the main point of contact
between the Greek office and Turkish headquarters.
- Communicate in English with our
customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Greek accountants
and oversee basic compliance and office administration.
- Support initial setup and growth of
the Greek office, including handling registrations, permits, and other
local requirements when needed.
📋 Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Greek and Turkish
are a plus.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or office operations
preferred.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and commercial documentation.
- Comfortable using computers and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take
initiative.
