As a Collections Portfolio Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and optimize collection processes, ensuring efficiency, full compliance with regulations, and adherence to best practices.
- Communicate proactively with debtors to facilitate effective debt resolution.
- Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and forecast recovery rates to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections portfolio, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted in full compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate for the Collections Portfolio Manager position has:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record in managing large portfolios and achieving recovery targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Very good knowledge of both English and Greek.
